Today is the day! Let’s Talk About Mental Health TV has arrived!

Today is the day, lovely people… Let’s Talk About Mental Health TV has arrived! Episode 1 is now live on YouTube and you can watch it here (but please take a moment to read my note below first):

A few words about this first episode… I have wanted to take this next step for ages however 2020 was a rough year for me personally (as I’m sure it was for many of you) and that meant I turned back to emotional eating… so then having to find the courage to film myself and put myself out there when I am currently several many sizes larger than I want to be was really difficult and I absolutely procrastinated until a few days before deadline.

So here is what I want to say: fear will hold you back from doing what you feel passionate about if you let it, but it’s totally up to you whether you choose to give in to fear or you choose to look it in the eye and say “be gone!” 🙂 I’m pushing ahead even though I, quite frankly, kind-of want to vomit up my soul… but I know I felt like that when I first launched the podcast and that has been one of the most amazing and fulfilling things I’ve ever done in my entire life. So, fat or thin, young or old… it doesn’t matter. Do the things that make you feel terrified, because they are the things that you feel most passionate about… and without risk, there can be no reward.

Thank you all for your support and I look forward to many more shiny and exciting new things coming throughout 2021.

Jeremy 🙂
