I’m back again with a few things I’ve been exploring/enjoying/thinking about regarding mental health and general wellbeing this week, in order to share some end-of-week inspiration and thought-provoking stuff with all of you — this should only take 2-3 minutes maximum, and I hope you find at least one or two of these inspiring/interesting.

Here are three things I’ve been enjoying/exploring this week:
1. Book – Keep Going: 10 Ways to Stay Creative in Good Times and Bad (by Austin Kleon)
The third book I’m reading from Austin Kleon (after Steal Like An Artist and Show Your Work) which were recommended on Ali Abdaal’s YouTube channel (who I shared last week) and thoroughly enjoying his simple approach to things. If you’ve ever read/watched/listened to my work you’ll know that I’m a big fan of simplicity as a means of looking after your wellbeing, so this book is a practical reminder of how to do just that. Find it on Amazon or wherever you get your books (available in print and digital).
2. Simple reminder about mindfulness/awareness/acceptance by @mindfulinmay [via Instagram]
Big fan of the Mindful in May account (which posts year-round, it’s just named after a May-centric event that started a while ago). I just talked about truth in this week’s podcast and this popped up in my feed while I was putting the finishing touches to the episode (I like it when those serendipitous hello-from-the-Universe things happen):

Big fan of Thrive Global, spearheaded by Arianna Huffington and focused on promoting practical tools for wellbeing. This repost from @ourseasns got my attention; even though it’s a repost I’m crediting Thrive here as I wanted to highlight them specifically.
