New services/updated services being announced shortly
I’ve had people asking how I might be able to work with them and I’m aware that 1:1 coaching is not an option for everyone due to the cost (if it is an option for you, I have three new slots open now!). I’ve been considering how I can best support all of you wonderful people and I’m happy to announce that I have several new/updated services that I am offering, including opening up new online seminars plus monthly group sessions in addition to a small number of extra coaching/counselling spots to work with me 1:1. Scroll down to find out more and book below!
Note: all sessions/services are focused on practical knowledge that you can apply immediately, and you’ll receive tools and/or tailored advice to help you apply what we’ve covered. If any of these options sound appealing, register your interest asap as places are strictly limited.
I work with a small handful of clients one-on-one and it’s a way for you to work with someone directly to improve your mental health and wellbeing. I’m an experienced coach and counsellor with a degree in psychology and sociology, plus post-graduate studies in positive psychology and counselling… so basically what you get from me is proper sessions that are grounded in practical advice so you can improve and maintain your mental health and wellbeing. I’m opening up just three (3) slots for new clients to work with me one-on-one.
Sessions are 45 minutes and conducted every two weeks via Zoom. We focus on specific goals and actions to help you address areas that you identify, and I provide you with support in a professional and confidential way. Sessions cost $115 AUD ($90 USD/£65 GBP) and are payable in advance. If you’re interested get in quick as I won’t be offering any more slots for at least another three months (as I limit the number of 1:1 sessions I do).
If you would like to discuss working together for better mental health and wellbeing, please complete the contact form on my website at https://letstalkaboutmentalhealth.com.au/coaching/ and I will be in contact within one business day.
Improving your mental health bit by bit can feel challenging, but with the right tools and support it’s absolutely possible to make positive progress every day.
Each week in my Let’s Talk About Mental Health podcast and YouTube show, I explore simple ideas for better mental health that are both grounded in quality research and practical (so you can apply them immediately). Now, you’ll be able to explore these topics even further with regular online seminars and have the chance to ask questions about the content to explore it further! Seminars will be offered every 2-3 months.
This first seminar will focus on resilience. Jeremy will introduce resilience and why it matters, then will spend the bulk of the session talking through lots of ideas to improve and maintain your resilience for better mental health (covering a lot more detail than the podcast episode on the same topic). Note that this session digs much deeper than the podcast episode covering this topic. You’ll have the chance to ask questions about the content/topic, and you’ll walk away with reflection and action planning tools to help you apply what has been discussed.
The seminar is $35 AUD (roughly $27 USD/£20 GBP) and runs for approximately 90 minutes. Two sessions are being offered to accommodate participants worldwide (both sessions cover the same content). You can join whichever you prefer; locations listed below are merely a suggestion (however please check the day and time in your timezone carefully before booking, all main times listed are for Sydney, Australia). Book here:
Group 1 – Saturday 8 May, 2021
(6pm Sydney, 9am London, 10am Paris)
Group 2 – Sunday 9 May, 2021
(10:30am Sydney, 8:30pm New York on Saturday 8 May, 5:30pm Los Angeles on Saturday 8 May)
Monthly group Mental Health Talk sessions
Sometimes you just need to talk! Mental Health Talk is a monthly online group session about better mental health. It’s a bit like structured group therapy — each month, I will select a broad focus around better mental health and talk through it as part of the session.
What makes this different is that it’s an interactive session; participants are encouraged to get involved and discuss how the content resonates for them, and we work together to identify ways to apply the topic(s) covered over the following month so that everyone can have a personalised plan for better mental health. You’ll also be able to submit questions related to the nominated topic(s) before and during the session that I will answer live… so it’s an excellent way to focus on your mental health in a group setting without having to pay a small fortune to do so!
You’ll walk away from the session with reflection/action planning tools to help you apply what has been discussed. These are small and intimate groups, and active participation is highly encouraged (although you’ll be able to submit questions anonymously if you’d prefer). Sessions will be offered every month, each focused on a different topic area.
The session is $25 AUD (roughly $20 USD/£14 GBP) and runs for 60 minutes. Two sessions are being offered to accommodate participants worldwide (both sessions cover the same content, however Q&A’s will obviously differ). Please check the time in your timezone carefully before booking. Book here:
Group 1 – Thursday 20 May, 2021
(6pm Sydney, 9am London, 10am Paris)
Group 2 – Thursday 20 May, 2021
(10:30am Sydney, 8:30pm New York on Wednesday 19 May, 5:30pm Los Angeles on Wednesday 19 May)
