Thursday Thoughts: the Let’s Talk About Mental Health newsletter (24 March, 2022)

Hello Talkers!

I’ve spent a fair chunk of time lately thinking about simplicity, in terms of how I create greater simplicity in my life so that I can feel more balanced. When you work for yourself and you are blessed with a mind that runs a million miles a minute, it can be all-too-easy to want to do lots and lots of different things (and usually all at the same time)… but that just isn’t practical. Your mind needs time to rest and recharge so that you can reignite your creativity and replenish your energy. So let me ask you this question, which I encourage you to reflect on over this next week: how can you create greater simplicity in your life so you have space to just be?

And as I mentioned last week, if you listen to me on Spotify and you find my content helpful then I would be very grateful if you could take a moment and leave me a 5-star review the next time you listen… Spotify have recently introduced ratings and your feedback will help other people to find my show, so it’s a quick and simple way of helping me out and your support is greatly appreciated.

So without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!

Jeremy 😃
