Hello Talkers!
I currently have very little idea what day it is. My partner is a school teacher and it’s the first week of the two-week Easter school holidays, so everything feels completely out of whack… and I found myself this morning having to actually check my phone when I woke up to see what day it was. I also almost forgot about recording my monthly video update that I do exclusively for my higher-tier supporters on Patreon (if you’re a supporter, don’t worry I remembered and you’ll have it on the 15th as always!).
I share these random bits of information mainly because I’ve spoken to a few people recently who have commented on the speed at which this year seems to be going by already, and I want to encourage every single one of you to make some time each day, even just a few minutes, to sit and just enjoy the day for what it is, regardless of what is going on. I’m writing this in the morning on the 14th and as soon as I’m done I plan to go sit on my back step with a cup of tea and soak up the Autumn sunshine for a few minutes. Bliss! I’d love to know what your go-to is for taking a few minutes to yourself; leave me a comment at the end of this edition of the newsletter.
So without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!
Jeremy 😃
