Last week I sent out an email to all of you lovely people on my mailing list to tell you that I have a book coming out on July 7 — and much like The Pointer Sisters, I’m so excited and I just can’t hide it!
Since I’m about to lose control (and I think I like it) let me just quickly remind you that Let’s Talk About Mental Health (Volume One) is a collection of some of my past episodes with new/additional material added, and the book is presented in a way that is more focused on helping you to navigate through different aspects of your mental health and wellbeing in a thoughtful and reflective way.
