Thursday Thoughts: the Let’s Talk About Mental Health newsletter (7 July, 2022)

Hello Talkers!,

I feel like I might have some important news this week… oh, that’s right, my book is out now! And yes, I know I emailed all of you earlier today (Australian time) so you’ve probably already seen me talk about it, but I’m just so excited that I had to mention it again. It’s not every day that you release a book out into the world! If you’d like to buy a copy in either print or eBook, click here for links.

In other news, you may have seen on my social media that yesterday (July 6) was my birthday and also my 4-year sobriety anniversary. I’m proud that I was able to finally quit drinking back in 2018, given that I’m just not great with moderation, and I can say wholeheartedly that it has changed my mental health for the better.

So without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!

Jeremy 🙂
