Hello Talkers!
I was forced to take my own advice this week and give myself a break; after having my 4th COVID shot on Monday I very quickly felt exhausted and just had zero energy, so I had to take a couple of days off… and that also required me to make some choices about how to manage my workload so I wouldn’t then freak out about having to play catch-up.
So I’ve taken some time off from my videos for two weeks, which is the first break I’ve taken from them in ages (I’ve been posting daily Life Advice That Doesn’t Suck videos on my Instagram daily since 1/1/22 and doing weekly YouTube videos since January 2021) so I don’t feel too guilty about taking time off!).
Videos will be returning week commencing August 10, and you might even see some changes/improvements. My podcast will continue each week, so no changes there.
So without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!
Jeremy 🙂
My favourite inspiring things this week:
My absolute favourite thing this week:
I’ve stopped actively checking my performance reports on a regular basis, and now I just check them once every 2-3 weeks… honestly, what’s the point of stressing yourself out over things that are completely out of your control? Plant the seeds, water them, and surrender to the journey. All things take time.

My favourite quote this week:
“Enough is elusive because when you reach it, you’re no longer the person that once desired it. Once you occupy an entirely new world, that prior version of yourself is largely inaccessible…”
