Well it’s a very different opening message today, because I’m asking you to get involved in an end-of-year episode I’m creating where I answer your mental health questions!

I was planning on stopping the podcast for a couple of weeks over the holidays, but then I’ve had a few requests for another Q&A episode and since I haven’t done one for a couple of years I thought it would be a great idea… so, it’s over to you!

What would you like me to answer in this episode? I’ll cover as many questions as I can, but I may not be able to get to all of them so thank you in advance for your understanding. You can submit your question(s) using the Comment option at the end of this post (just be sure to tell me your name and what country you’re from), or just add it in here:

Last day for submission is Wednesday 1 November (end of day in your time zone). Episode will be released on December 31.
