Hello Talkers! 👋🗣😃

Hello everyone,

Sometimes it feels like the storm is taking a very long time to run out of energy. Whether it’s random stuff you’re dealing with at home, or the weight of everything going on in the world, there are days that can feel tough to find solace and comfort.

In times like these, when the world feels a bit too heavy and the news cycle seems endlessly daunting, it’s natural to feel a bit overwhelmed, isn’t it? With so much happening around us, finding moments of peace can seem like a Herculean task. But amidst this chaos, is it possible for us to still find solace? Let’s reflect on this together.

During challenging times, it’s crucial to remember that seeking solace isn’t an act of ignorance or indifference. Rather, it’s a vital part of preserving our mental well-being. It’s about finding those small pockets of peace that enable us to recharge, reflect, and respond to the world around us with clarity and compassion.

So, here is one simple and actionable tip for the week: I’d encourage you to create a ‘solace space’ for yourself. This can be a physical space like a cozy corner of your room or a mental space you can retreat to through practices like meditation or deep breathing. Dedicate a little time each day to this space. Let it be your haven where you can step away from the external noise and gather your thoughts.

Remember, amidst the turmoil of life and the wider world, preserving your inner peace isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. In doing so, you equip yourself to face the world with a renewed spirit and a steadier heart.

Until our next talk,

Jeremy 😃
