Hello Talkers! 👋🗣😃

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve been dealing with a bunch of admin-y things that have forced me to be much more patient than my default mode would prefer… and as uncomfortable as it’s been, since I’m dealing with things out of my control and therefore reliant on several different people/businesses to do their thing in a timely manner, it has also been incredibly helpful as a reminder that there’s no point stressing out over the stuff that’s out of your control. I mean, honestly, what are you going to do… speed up time? Wiggle your nose to get your own way, like Samantha from Bewitched? Yeah… best of luck with that!

Patience is a skill that can be learned (which I covered back in Episode 64 of my podcast), and like all skills that means it takes practice to reinforce.

So, this week I’m encouraging you to consider how you can consciously practice patience in your own life. Let me know how you go in the comments!

Now, without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!

Jeremy 🙂
