Thursday Thoughts: the weekly Let’s Talk About Mental Health newsletter (23 December, 2021)

Hello Talkers!

It’s nearly the end of 2022! And by the time you read this, I will be deep into the first day of two weeks of leave… no messages, no appointments, no anything! It’s the first break I’ve taken in a year and I’m very excited for it.

Some quick housekeeping:

  • Podcast episodes and YouTube videos will still be released every week at the usual time
  • I won’t be reading or answering emails/messages during my time off
  • Aside from a few pre-scheduled social media posts, I won’t be active on socials
  • This is the last newsletter for 2021 and it will return on Thursday January 13

Thank you for all of your support throughout 2021. I wish you and your loved ones a safe and happy holiday season, and all the very best for 2022.

So… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic few weeks and talk to you when I return from my break!

Jeremy 😃
